Every year, the Rotary Clubs of both Evergreen and Conifer jointly organize the annual Foothills Home, Garden and Lifestyle Show. This year’s Show will be held at Conifer High School, 10441 Hwy. 73 in Conifer.

“There is sure to be something for everyone.”

Whether you are looking to remodel your existing home, building a new home, improving your landscaping features, adding art pieces, or just spending a few hours browsing and viewing the new home products currently on the market, time spent at the 19th Annual Foothills Home, Garden and Lifestyle Show will not be disappointing for you. There is sure to be something for everyone.

This year’s presenting sponsor is Lifetime Home Remodeling (MyLifetimeHome.com). Other sponsors include: 5280 Exteriors, Ameritech Windows, Old Growth Tree Service, and First Bank. To see a complete list of sponsors and exhibitors, the Show’s website can be found at FoothillsHomeShow.com.

Over the years, the Show’s net proceeds are donated to charitable causes. Since the show’s inception in 2005, More than $350,000 has been distributed to worthy causes through grants from the two clubs’ respective foundations.

The show is a volunteer-run event with as many as 50 Rotarians making sure everyone enjoys a well-managed and fun event.

For refreshments this year, the Home Show will feature Slife’s Devil Dogs & Sweet Freeze Shave Ice in front of Conifer High School for the weekend, serving up the best dogs, brats and shaved ice in town.

This year’s Show will feature over 70 exhibitors representing home improvement, gardening, landscaping, fine arts, leisure and health products, cooking organizations, plus local artisan crafts, and nonprofit organizations. This year’s show will also present “Makers Row” for local artisans.

The Show will, of course, also feature free parking and free admission and will be presented inside Conifer High School, rain or shine.

At the door to the Show, Rotarians will be collecting non-perishables for the Mountain Resource Center Food Pantry and for the 285 Back Pack Project.

285 Back Pack (Our Community; Feeding Our Kids) is a Rotary-organized project sending food home with elementary school kids for their weekends. It is one of several projects organized and benefiting from the Show.
