Travel consultants Joyce Masyga and Susan Hammond, owners of Endless Travel, are experts at planning vacations. Along with their team of six, they work with new and existing clients to create their best possible travel experience. The agency specializes in all types of international travel, as well as some U.S. destinations including Alaska and Hawaii.

Leisure travel is one of the joys of life for many people, whether it’s a once-in-a-lifetime trip to celebrate a special occasion, an annual family vacation to de-stress from work and school, or an ongoing passion to explore and have adventures. The experienced, knowledgeable travel consultants at Endless Travel will help you design your ideal trip, whatever your preferences.

Joyce and Susan understand that vacations are an investment, and they love finding ways for people to have the best possible experience within their budget and time available. Because they have personally been to many destinations and have cultivated relationships with reliable local experts around the world, they are able to make recommendations for fun things to see and do that might not be on a travel website. They also offer guidance about where to splurge and where to save, as well as on many logistical details such as avoiding long layovers and which room to select in a particular hotel.

Travel has always required a bit of patience and a willingness to adapt, but Covid has made that much more prevalent. Navigating the new and constantly changing rules and conditions is another important way the consultants at Endless Travel help their clients travel safely and have a wonderful time doing it. “More and more we act as a concierge. Flights get canceled, countries close down. We keep track of what’s open,” said Joyce. “We are problem-solvers.”

They are able to do a lot on their clients’ behalf to resolve issues like last-minute cancellations, without the client having to navigate those details. “Sometimes it’s just offering reassurance.” They find ways to help people feel comfortable such as booking private tours for individual families or small groups of people who know each other.

Ocean cruises are an excellent option, Joyce explained. Cruise lines have had to evolve and, while there are still risks, they have instituted many changes to maximize guest safety, including taking on fewer passengers.

Endless Travel booked many successful trips in 2021. Joyce and Susan advise those looking to travel to plan early and book early—the more prepared you are, the better. They are starting to see limited availability for 2022, in part because places are backfilling previously canceled trips. They recommend allowing for more travel time in case of unexpected delays due to cancellations and changes, and also for long waits when travel officials check vaccination statuses and PCR test results.

Some good news for travelers, Susan said, is that because tourism is down everywhere, it’s a great time to travel to popular destinations that are normally crowded.

Joyce and Susan have owned Endless Travel since 2009. As the travel industry has evolved, their business is evolving as well. They have moved from their storefront location in downtown Evergreen to the Stone House Business Center at 1524 Belford Court in Evergreen. They work with people by appointment, in person (they have a lovely conference room), on the phone or on Zoom. Contact them at 303.674.6616 or info@endlesstravel.net.
