A Storybook Holiday in Evergreen

Time to Get Out and Enjoy

By Nancy Judge

“These are available 24 hours per day, seven days a week.”

I sometimes forget just how idyllic Evergreen is, and the holiday season always does a great job of reminding me. Evergreen is home to more small shops and restaurants than large chains, and I prefer it that way. So I challenge all of you to get out and enjoy all that our slice of heaven provides. To help in that endeavor, be sure to visit each of the 10 ice sculptures around town. These are available 24 hours per day, seven days a week. No distancing is required and you can enjoy them on sunny, cloudy and snowy days!

To add even more fun, take a picture with the ice sculpture, post it to your social media account and be sure to include #evergreenice. Many of the businesses who have sponsored these sculptures have also included a smaller version of their ice sculpture inside their

business. Go find those, take a picture, post on social media including #evergreenice, and you will receive more entries for the prize drawings. Details on the scavenger hunts will be posted at each ice sculpture location.

This map provides a representation of the location of each sculpture, but for specific ice locations, visit evergreenchamber.org or use the QR code herein. Wishing you a wonderful holiday season!
